The Cijara (Xijara) gate was one of the original entrances to the old town of Ronda from the Barrio Alto. The gate has three large arches. The area is still very well preserved and provides incredible views over the surrounding area of Ronda, and leads down to the Arab Baths in the lower area of the town.
